Onion Batard
Batard Loaf from Eastern France.
Roasted onion that is sliced into small pieces and mixed into the dough for flavoursome bread. The bread is soft and the crust is golden and tasty. A distinctive quality of this bread are the visible deep slashes on the crust for the authentic look. The loaf is finished off in our stone bake oven. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
