The rustic burger par excellence
Beautifully crafted sourdough round roll. We mix the sourdough with rye flour and ferment for longer. The finished product is a golden brown rustic roll with an open structure crumb and light crust. Then to finish the product we bake to perfection in our stone bake oven. Bake in the oven for 8 minutes to enjoy fresh.
