A specialty of our region
A rustic baguette, lightly floured, made from traditional French flour and rye sourdough. Fermentation in a vat allows it to develop an intense flavour and a beautiful open texture. Baked in a stone oven. 10-minutes in a preheated oven at 200oC allows you to develop all its taste qualities.
