Round Roll Ciabatta 115g 15cm

Round very soft, flexible and absorbent slipper shape ciabatta that has been developed for the fast food market. The dough has a longer fermentation and proving time making the dough very stretchy and open. The finished product has a lovely open soft texture centre and soft golden crust. Thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature and then switch to toaster for 5 minutes.
