Round pita

A soft traditional Greek Pita style that is soft and flexible and easy to fill. It can be eaten as a sandwich or as an accompaniment to your meal. It slices easily with a good capacity for your favourite fillings. It can be served hot or cold. Defrost at room temperature, a short time on a hot plate if possible.
