L’autentik 100g 21cm

21cm x7cm, very soft, flexible and absorbent slipper shape ciabatta that has been developed especially for the Fast Food market. The dough for this has a longer fermentation and proving time making the dough very stretchy and open. The finished product has a lovely open soft texture centre and soft golden crust.
