Baltic Brown Batard with seeds
Batard Loaf from Eastern France.
A batard bread made from a clever mixture of rye flour, sunflower seeds and strong wheat flour to which we add a blend of seeds for a lovely crunch when eating. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200oC will help to develop all the flavours of this bread.
