A batard bread from the east
Part Baked dark brown but light and wholesome loaf made using different grains and flours. This unique product is light to eat and full of goodness including, rye, buckwheat, bran, barley, linseed, sunflower seeds, oat flakes, sesame seed and millet seed. All designed to produce wonderful flavours and texture and then baked to perfection in our stone baked oven.
