Fully Baked Malted Wheat ciabatta made with a mix of brown flours such as wholemeal, rye and granary and slightly sweetened. The dough has small soft bites of grains for a flavoursome sandwich that will have customers returning for more. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes to enjoy fresh.
