A flat bread which has the texture of pastry when baked. Can be eaten hot or cold. Bake individual or multiple piadina in a hot oven for 3 minutes from frozen. When they are hot they are easy to fold or wrap. Ideal as an accompaniment to salads or hot food. Great as a wrap. This is a very versatile product that has many ways to use.
