A batard loaf from the Mediterranean

Ripened tomatoes roasted, chopped and baked into fermented dough for a distinctive flavour and texture. Our rustic loaves have a good crust and open textured crumb and then baked to perfection in our stone bake oven. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C.
